Spruce Tree Dismantle in Ashwicken to Improve Light and Canopy Space

TBH Tree Care was recently instructed to dismantle a mature spruce tree at a residential property in Ashwicken, Norfolk. The spruce had grown too large for its location, reducing light levels inside the property and crowding the canopy of the neighbouring oak trees.

Our Approach

Due to the limited light reaching the ground floor and the impact on surrounding trees, the decision was made to fully dismantle the spruce. The dismantle was carried out in a controlled and safe manner, sectioning the tree from the top down to avoid damage to the surrounding area.

Brash was processed into woodchip and removed off-site as part of our environmentally conscious waste management process. The larger timber sections were cut into manageable lengths and left neatly in situ for future use.
